It has been a great experience of having Manon as my personal coach these past 6 months. I employed her to help me get control of my eating. After initial analysis we formulated a plan based on my wants and needs. I have found Manon to be an amazing listener, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Before working with Manon, I struggled to find a healthy work/life balance. Having recently completed my master’s degree and post-graduate internship, I was preparing to start my first clinical practice as a Registered Dietitian. I also had a successful “side-hustle,” running a busy vacation rental, which I hoped to continue. But juggling these two businesses left little quality time to spend on other important priorities, including my own health and wellbeing. Trying to find a way to better manage my everyday life and work schedule seemed like a near impossible task. I knew there was a lot of work to do but I didn’t know where to start. Then, I decided to book a session with Coach Manon.

Over the course of 16 weeks, Manon helped me explore my personal vision and long-term goals. Through her thoughtful guidance, I discovered that my own strengths and values could help motivate me to make positive, lasting changes. I also learned how to identify and overcome barriers to success, using simple yet effective strategies. By creating specific weekly action goals, I was able to let go of old habits and establish new, healthier ones. For example, my “Keep Up Plan” (as I call it) helped me to better manage my household and “declutter” my busy schedule. This  gave me the space I needed to focus on personal development and allowed me to reconnect with my faith, family, and friends. It’s amazing how this one simple “switch” has made such a dramatic improvement on my mindset and quality of life.

I recently went through a major transition period when I needed to make a lot of decisions about my health, my relationships, my job, and my life goals. I felt unsettled, unfocused, and overwhelmed. All facets of my life were changing, but I felt stuck in place and didn’t know how to move forward. I reached out to Manon for guidance.

Manon helped me hit a restart button and set a plan for moving forward to make positive change in my life, starting with my health and well-being. First, she led me through the eye-opening process of creating a Vision Plan, which included identifying my core values and my strengths. Going through that exercise helped me better understand my priorities and motivations. With that new awareness, she then helped me work on putting a new plan in place for improving my health (and thus other aspects of my life), coaching me as I identified the steps I needed to take to create new healthy habits around food and exercise while understanding how my relationships would be impacted by these changes. Laying that foundation not only helped me break old bad habits, but helped me move forward through what felt like a transformational process, because I now understand the “why” of making change, the “what” of how I want my life to look, and the “how” of feeling well in my body and my spirit.

I am so grateful for Manon’s insights, and the focused calmness she brought to our sessions together. I always ended a session feeling more clear and confident that I can achieve my goals, and I am feeling invigorated and healthier than I have in many, many years.
