About Me

My mission as a functional health coach is to guide each client toward their unique vision of wellness through simple and sustainable diet, lifestyle, and behavior changes

Do you ever feel like your life moves so fast you get lost in the shuffle? Work, family, and social commitments keep you so busy there’s no time left in the calendar for YOU. Thrown off kilter, your health falls into a state of flux. Your body screams for attention in the form of inflammation and chronic disease. You ask yourself, “How on Earth can I strike a balance and reclaim my health?”

Well, you are not alone. This story resonates with many of us who, in the spirit of helping others, forget to help ourselves. As a working mother of three, I, too, have gotten caught up in the mix of daily happenings, letting my health fall to the wayside. But there is a simple solution: make YOU your #1 priority.

Remember, wellness is more than just being free of disease. Wellness is a state of mental, physical, and emotional harmony that requires consistent care and nurturing. Adopting healthy habits and managing stress helps support a healthy immune system and improves wellbeing.

My name is Manon Barron, and I am a Nutritionist and Functional Health Coach. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from New York University. I am also an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC) and candidate for the National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), the field’s highest-level professional credential.

My mission as a functional health coach is to guide each client toward their unique vision of wellness through simple and sustainable diet, lifestyle, and behavior changes. Working with diverse audiences, I hope to forge connections that foster self-efficacy to empower individuals in making healthier choices and becoming their own best health advocates.
